Agent’s Log 001:
This is agent Johnson. It’s day one of my surveillance of University of Arizona Head Coach, Sean Miller. The purpose of this investigation is to catch filthy rich college basketball teams paying the young athletes that make them rich. I have a tee time at noon. End Agent’s Log.
Agent’s Log 013:
I couldn’t see much, as the computer was facing away from the action, but Coach Miller had a team doctor and Allonzo Trier in his office. Trier was complaining about a nagging injury and Miller seemed insistent that he could help. Another player (Ristic?) burst in and was trying to convince Trier to not go through with "it". A physical altercation followed. I was unable to decipher interactions after this. End Agent’s Log.
Agent’s Log 035:
While I managed to last longer than most of my colleagues, Miller has finally taped over his webcam. All recon from this point will be conducted using a standard-issue FBI phone wiretap. End Agent’s Log.
Agent’s Log 072:
Nearly all of the phone calls made in the last thirty-seven days have been about Coach Miller’s dry cleaning. The only other calls made were to his former Pittsburgh teammate, Jerome Lane. Coach Miller was emotional and mostly unintelligible. I could only discern Miller mumble something about how bad he wants a Final Four, and then yelling, “Send it in Jerome!” All fifteen calls went directly to the machine. End Agent’s Log.
Agent’s Log 131:
On a phone call with Christian Dawkins of ASM Sports, Coach Miller discussed paying $100,000 to ensure a player’s commitment to U of A. After ending the call, Coach Miller called his accountant to ensure that the $100K would not dip into his dry cleaning budget. He then hired a realtor in Nassau, Bahamas, looking for a summer home. I’ll notify my higher-ups immediately. End Agent’s Log.
